Name, email address, company name and message content, only when you contact us via the email or phone number listed on the Contact page. The site does not include a contact form that collects data automatically.
Analytics data about your visit (pages viewed, time spent, device type, approximate city-level location) via Google Analytics 4, only after you have given prior consent.
idshield.com.hr uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure traffic and user behaviour in an anonymised and aggregated form. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. GA4 cookies are only loaded after you give consent via the banner at the bottom of the screen by clicking "Accept". If you click "Decline" or close the banner without interacting, analytics cookies are not activated.
You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting cookies in your browser settings. Data is not used for advertising purposes and is not linked to your identity.
For analytics cookies, the legal basis is consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). For responding to inquiries by email or phone, the legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), or steps taken at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
